you cant. its a lil something we likke to call ILLEGAL. y do u hate buying stuff from the net. as long as its a secure site.....like the swap magic site....there is no problem....unless you r under 18 and have no debit/credit card.

you can send a money order(see,I am under 18,so,yeah)

I'm going to send the money order tomorrow and it said once they receive it,they'll ship it to me and I ordered it by............I forgot to write it down,but it should be here from 2-6 business day,they also have stuff where it has the same effect,but its a chip for the PS2,they also have skins,controllers,and stuff like that
