using xp
using officejet g55
i cannot find any info about my printer on my pc
cannot find toolbox
cannot find out how much ink icartridges
looked in control panel
in add remove
nothing
help please

What are you trying to do? Uninstall your printer?

yes i am trying to uninstall my printer
but i just have used the disc
got this message
uninstall is not supported for windows

from hp site.
Reinsert the HP all-in-one software CD-ROM for Windows XP or rerun the downloaded file. The installation software should attempt to cleanup the system so that the software can be reinstalled.

Well the file you downloaded is a .exe (executable)

So just double click on it to run it...

Is that what you meant?

Well download the file from that link ddp gave you.
Then when you have downloaded it, double click on the file and it will open and run for you. :)

How big is your Hard drive? (Go into My Computer and right click C drive - then go to properties to find out.)

Tell me the space available on disk :)
