Does anybody know where I can get a free program to save video/audio streams that come from such places as intertube? I would like to watch CBS shows on the internet but with their constant buffering it make it almost impossible to watch one of their shows on the Internet.

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:

How do I get streambox? It doesn't seem to be available anywhere.
