hello frnd i have a nokia 6800a which is purchased frm U.S.A. by nmy uncle for me but it locked to the STATES network pl zcan u unlock its county code for me it is frm AT&T wireless USA

hello nokia all i done.. it is also unlocked but the problem is now it does not take signal of my network... like i have HUTCH,AIRETL, SPICE ,,,,in my area but it does not give any signal and also it has this conf.. i its menu

The 6800 is a dual band phone 850/1900MHz. It is not compatible with Networks outside of North America.

NOKIAS plz tell may i change its dual band to tri band with the help of my service centre or it does not change plz help me
and onthing more i also have a nokia 6070 it is not unlockedcoz itry to many codes above 5 as u said ... now it is hardlock... plz tell me is it unloacked bye the mechanics or not ...and how muchtime it will take thx

No, you cannot change the 6800 to a tri-band unless you want to re-build it. The 6070 can be unlocked, and if you are in the UK I can recommend you to someone who can unlock (postal unlock) it for you.
