I made a backup of States Evidence with DVDFab latest version and then used DVD Shrink 3.2 just like I always do. After it burnt to a disc it would play sound on my PC but not on my TV with my DVD player. I tried it twice with the same results. I burnt a DVD before this one and one after and both of those work. Never had this problem before. Can someone help? Thanks

Try a cleaning disc on DVD player. Happens to me at times and is just accumulation of dust particles on lens of laser. Many brands out there and found cheap CD cleaner disc as good as more expensive DVD cleaner discs. Dry process ONLY.

Another issue is media. Use only good media such as Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim. Some say burn speed can cause problems and to burn 8X at 4X and 16X at no more than 8X, but I have not had a problem burning at rated speed with ImgBurn using ISO.

This can happen when playing the DVD with DTS audio which your sound system may not support.

You will get no sound playing the DVD if your system does not have a DTS decoder in it. This is usually the case when you get sound playing on the computer but no sound playing in a DVD player.

If this is the case edit out the DTS audio in DVD Shrink and make sure you keep the AC3/5.1 audio. Or if you have kept both AC3/5.1 and DTS hit the audio button on your DVD remote and see if it will switch to AC3/5.1
