I have downloaded my own games from a newsgroup and for some reason I am getting the message "writing to pioneer 111 failed " after about 10 seconds.

I am selecting the dvd file and not the iso file ?
and am using datasafe and have just brought some ridiscs.

Splinter cell worked for me the first time I did this but ever since I have had coasters ?

Any suggestions

have you updated your firmware?

what speed were you trying to burn at?

maybe one of the above hope that helps

am burning at the same speed as ever 2.4 but not updated firmware as brought my xbox 360 premodded.

do you think that what It needs?

no i meant have you updated your firmware on your pioneer writer?
