i have burned many dvds already successfully. for some reason i am having a problem burning the DVD "Cars".

i use DVD FAB decryptor and DVD Shrink. the dvd burns fine... or so it appears. once i watch it it always ends up freezing in random spots in the movie. i have tried burning it like 4 times. anyone know how to fix this problem? it would be greatly appreciated.

by the way. i have used the search feature and it does appear that other people are having problems burning this dvd... but not the same problem as me. i can burn it, it just wont play right. i have no idea what it could be

1. make sure your firmware is up to date on your drive/burner ,go here

2. use good blank media (Taiyo Yuden and or Verbatim)

3. DON"T burn above 8x speed ,if your having problems try 4x

4. what format are you using? if your using DVD+R try booktyping them to DVD-ROM or try the DVD-R format .see what your standalonedvd player supports

5. keep your machine clean doing a disc clean-up and defragging often

6. and don't run other programs while your transcoding/burning ,unless you have a dual-core CPU
