File Splitter Issue

I am having a difficult time trying to locate a file splitter for my Matrix Reloaded file. The file is 678 MB, and works great as one file. I have tried a number of file splitting programs, and all the programs seem to split the file, but I am unable to view the newly created files. Please advise on a program that can help me. Thanks!
