I do need to know, how old is the phone.
Have you tried any codes?
If you have, I must know what codes you have tried and how many times you tried each code.

I bought the phone just a few days ago. I have tried no codes but i think a friend tried one but it didnt work.

Sorry about this, but the IMEI looks like a phone from USA.
Very odd.
It is important that you do not enter the codes more than once.
This may need more than one try.
#pw+448077063673533+1#
Your code:Try this ONCE and ONCE only. Remember,
you only get 3 to 5 tries. If you enter the same code two times, that is two tries.
To enter code:
Make sure battery is charged.
Remove sim first.
Power on.
Ignore ?Insert SIM?
Press the # key.
then press the "star" key (*) quickly to get the P and W and +
Press * 3 times quickly for (p) \
Press * 4 times quickly for (w) IMPORTANT
Press * 2 times quickly for (+) /
and the rest of the code---
Begin with # and end with #.
IMPORTANT!!
Verify code before pressing the last #.
Pay attention. You only have about two seconds.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code. STOP tell me.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's hard locked.
Used up all your free tries!!
If it does not work, tell me: What happened? What message
you got. What codes you tried.
Above all, answer.

Sorry it didnt work, I dont know WHERE the network gets its phones but we currently have two providers going neck to neck and they are locking their damn phones. Did you use the MCC+MNC? Its 37413 here, we atleast according to my research

oh sweet!! it worked ! you guys are damn awesome !! Thanks ! now i can use any of my sims in the phone !
One question, can i ask for more phones to be unlocked? I got a Samsung and a Nokia locked to the same network.

Both are only about 2-4months old. Sorry but both codes didnt work, it said NOT ALLOWED. Take your time, i got the other unlocked and will be using that one for a while, thses are in no hurry. thanks for your help.
