HDloader won't load games

I have an PS2 35004 with the Neo 2.2 modchip and I am using HDloader 0.8b.
I've put different games on the hard drive via winhiip v1.7.6 and also via HDloader using an original game wich should be compatible.
I've tried a lot of times with varies modes enabled but al I got was a black screen every time I tried it.
Does anyone has an idea of what the problem could be?

I've tried Final Fantasy 12 with the patch with modes 1 and 3, Grand tourismo 3 A-spec also with modes 1 and 3, Final Fantasy x-2 with no mode en Final Fantasy X with no mode.
