How Do I Use HD Advanced 2.0

I just downloaded this program and was wondering how do I use it? Is it as simple as putting the disc in or do I have to do anything else and do I put the disc in everytime I use the program to Back up games load games and whatever else it does or do I need to use it everytime I even play a game after I install it also how do I access my HD as a memorey card once everything is install plz give me a instruction guide for a Moron since I feel like one with this kinda stuff


Oh Also is it just burn to Cd and go?

Also I just tryed burning HD Advanced and put it in my ps2 and the burn went ok but all it said was please insert a PS or PS2 format disc what do i do?
