hello im a new person trying to resize videos. can someone please tell me what program i should use to re-size my naruto videos because when i burn them normally, the subtitles don't come on the screen so i need to make the video smaller. Please Help.

srry about caps i didnt know it was on caps lock. Ok i need help resizing video files so they can fit on my tv screen when i burn them. Ex. I tried burning Naruto, but the subtitles didnt come out, they were cut off so I need to make it smaller, Plz Help.
