is there any guide on how to mount a .bin file with Alcohol 120?
if there isnt any can some body please guide me on how to mount a bin and cue file with Alcohol 120

All you have to do is right click your virtual drive and choose mount image,Then just load your .cue file that's it.

you answered to the .cue bit but what if we only have the .bin file?

forgot to add that I can't mount .bin files. not sure if everyone else can.
