Is this normal?

Yesterday my ip was 132.108.0.9
Today, it is 132.108.0.10

If your router is set to Auto Assign...then yes, it can change.

Disable DHCP in your router and hard code your IP in your PC.

go to start/control panel/network connections/right click on local area and select properties/highlight Internet Protocol (but don't uncheck) and select properties/ now select "Use the following IP address" and hardcode your IP address in.

Example:

IP adress: 192.168.1.100
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
