problems with xbox back up program

Im having bother using xbox back up to back up xbox 360 games ive backed up a few games no problem but lately xbox back has been freezing on 3.51% saying security sectors then the program does not respond. i have the samsung drive and pioneer burner ive already used dvd info pro to try and sort it nothing happens any help out there. many thanks andrewcup

Generally this issue happens when the Samsung SH-D162C drive is NOT set to Master, did you change the drive from being Master?

If not, I would check and at least set it to master or ensure that it is set.

i have set the jumper switch to master on the back but will double check. thankyou for the reply andrewcup

i have fixed the problem yet again i moved one of the jumper switches along on the back of my drive and it is working spot on now many thanks . andycup
