Okay A few hours ago i burned Call Of Duty 2 big red one to a Memorex DVD-RW 4.7 GB and it wouldn't play it went to the red screen and said "Please insert a playstion disc or a Playstation 2 format disc"

Please give me the names of tools and instructions on how to do it please and thank you!, also i want to play online so i know that when u burn a DVD-RW with a ps2 game it takes the DNAS code out so plz help me!

Firstly i don't think you can use DVD-RW's on a PS2 and if you can i don't think it will load properly. Second what method are you suing to load this DVD game ? You must either have an original copy of swap magic or a modchip installed to boot burnt games & Third to play games online you must patch them with a DNAS id (google for some) From what i heard call of duty big red has a few problems so i'm not sure how well it will work after you fix everything.

Roxio Creator LE dell Edition is what i used and it didn't run in to any problems when i burned it.

Only about 0.5% of PS2's can actually read RW discs. Use either -R or +R, and if using +R, then try to booktype to DVD-ROM if your burner supports it.
If you decide to use -R, then you don't need to booktype as they're already recognised as DVD-ROM

and in addition to what ace1uk has said.
A better program for burning you games would be a good choice.
IMGburn will work great if you already have the ISO file, but it can not make them.
DVD Decrypter can do the game from start to finish but has become increasingly hard to find. But would be my #1 choice.
as far as the DNAS, you need to patch that into every back up you make, only if you want to play the game online. If not then do not even concern yourself with it.
I am sure there are guides here on how to patch games for online play.
