Hi Lisa, you have some choices here!!

DVD2One, DVD Decrypter, DVDXCopy, DVD95Copy, CloneDVD and more

Amongst the top are DVD2One, DVD Shrink and CloneDVD.

Here are some guides you might find useful!

Copy DVD-9 movie in full to one DVD-R with DVD Shrink

Copy DVD-9 movie to a single DVD-R with DVD2One

Copy DVD-9 to DVD-R using DVD X Copy XPRESS

Burning pre-authored DVD-Video using Nero

And as for Ps2 games, i used to make a lot of backups and my favourite software was alcohol 120%. As long as you have a modchip you shouldnt have a problem! :-)

Hello
I am a big fan of DVDXcopy, but not DVDxcopy express. A lot of people here use Decrypter and there are some really good guides and posts to solve most of potential problems.
I recommend reading through most of the sites here, see what issues people have and if anyone has had issues with an identical burner that you have. I like DVDxcopy as it is a lazy one click solution. But latest version still has issues with my burner.

I'm more into DVD2One than any of them, DVD Shrink is free and is good also!

Hi Lisa_Z

I am reasonably new to this and have received some great help from people on this forum.

I use my dvd burner to backup my dvd films and my PS2 games.

For films I personally use the DVD Decrypter, DVD2One, Record Now Max method, works fine for me.

For PS2 games I use Record Now Max to just do a straight copy of my game and it works fine in my PS2 with Messiah chip but I find you have to find a certain brand of disc that works and stick with them. I tried a few different types and some were better than others.

I use most of my discs in my PS2 and I found the Datawrite Classic (GREY) 2x speed disc the best out of the ones I tried. You can get these for £1 each from PC Tech (http://www.pctechcomputers.com/viewProducts.asp?action=viewproduct&product=649)

Hope that helps
