I have a softmodded xecuter2 SlayersEVOX whatever, i dunno, instead of ftp'ing into the xbox, cant i just remove the harddrive and hook it up to my pc internally? and delete files that way, cause i want my xbox to be normal again so i can go on live. i have searched other threads, but none of them gave me answers to my question.

LOL....if you have a softmod its a softmod and i guess your running Evox...Did you softmod this or did somebody else?
The Easiest Way to Turn you HD Back to Normal is with XboxHDM First you will need to get your eeprom off of your Xbox....and then follow this guide

Yes, i know what it says and i know your not upgrading your HD but its the same exact process except dont put anything inside of the E folder just put the Ms Dash into the C Folder and it will make your HD stock again...

somebody else softmodded it. i think im just going to sell it, i dont wanna deal with it, i dont have a cd burner either. know anybody thats wants to buy a softmodded xbox?

Okay cool, i dont have the Solderless adapter for the 1.6 and i like to have chips in my xbox's even though softmods work :)...aznfury pm me :)

hey man don't worry about getting a mod chip for your xbox to access xbox live all you have to do is go into settings in your evox dashboard and change use static ip from yes to no and then it should work and if it doesn't then reboot your xbox with the game still in it and you should be able to access live.
