Avi 2 DVD - audio issues....

I've been using CCE to convert avi to dvd, the problem is that the the source avi is 23,976 fps, and i have to convert to 25fps. I try to convert the audio with besweet, but still, the audio gradually goes out of sync. If anybody could help me, i'd be grateful.
