Sorry, I'm a noob here to psp hacking, but I do know a few things though. I do however have a question. I don't know if it has been asked before, but if it has, I am sorry for repeating it, but I was wondering if the hybrid devhook would work on 2.81? Also can you explain how to install it and how it works in stupid kid terms please? Thank you to whoever helps.
1st psp 1.5>2.0>2.5>2.71>2.81(sony sucks balls)
2nd psp 2.60>2.71 ta82>devhook .51 emulating 3.02

well no it cant work on 2.81 it only works on 2.71 se and of course 1.5
For a While i have escaped time but to return when they need you most to come back on a vendetta like a have thats just simply MAGIC!

there is a downgrader out but nobody has tested it so far

Don't worry bro, I heard yesterday that Booster is working on a new Devhook that might support 2.8x+ or the big upgrade to 3.xx+
There is hope for us! Sux that you upgraded though, you have to do your homework first! I was forced to buy a second psp with 2.81 already installed but I have confidence in the psp homebrew community they have been amazing so far.
Just hang on mate there will be a way to play isos and csos on your machine

most likely it will support 3.0 emulation and there is a huge possiblity that there would be a 2.88 downgrader so fingers crossed for you guys

Oh mannn!!!!! I can't wait for the downgrader. I really want that cheatdevice for GTA. Yes, I'm probably the only female gamer who likes the GTA series.

Everyone keeps saying not to downgrade dude's PSP b/c the downgrader isn't released from its Beta stages. And there's always teh possibility of bricking, right? (Yes!)
But isn't a 2.81 PSP just as useless as a brick? lol (Yes!)
