thankyou alko for your guide its been very helpful but i still have afew problems. im using Nero express 3 which is slightly different to 4 can you tell where i can upgrade to Nero 4 and is it free ? I followed the guide right upto where it says add video files which i did, then it tells you to make sure you select dvd which i was unable
to on Nero express 3.Then when the files were added it exceeded the 4.38gb bar,It asks me if i want to carry on with the project with out using a DVD9 disc? From this point im not sure what to do or where to go,have you any more expert advice for a computer novice, its getting very frustrating
thanks nicey !

nicey if you buy the program vso convertxtodvd the watermark will be gone, pirating software is not a good thing to be talking about in theese forums, just a heads up, also the movie that you got from the site is more thain likley a AVI, or dvix file and it should fit on a singel sided dvd just fine, also if it is to big you might use DVD Shrink to bring it down to size to fit on a 4.7 dvd, good luck happy burning have a nice day, also totty68 (Junior Member) just a heads up typing in all caps is like shoutin here and people don't like it,ok?

Rules say they can't talk about pirating software, like telling sites were to download and such.
However, since he does have the websites in there he can get in trouble..

They can talk about burning it, but not those pirated links and such.

Case: Discussion about pirated content and piracy, such as converting (downloaded) video and/or audio files to DVD/AudioCD/whatever format. PERMITTED

seems to me everything that's been brought up so far is just fine, even if by loophole.
