Hmm..weird, the phone doesn't do anything after the last #. Tried few times but nothing. Any ideas why? I have done this few times so I know how it needs to be done, but still..Thank you for the help.

Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
Press the UNDO option
You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
Enter the code given and then press (OK)
Click on banner for 24/7 unlocking

Yeah, did that after the first time it didn't work. The phone gave me "phone restricted" after trying. Still works with the O 2 sim though.

I have tried only one, but to my knowledge there have been three or four tries all together for the phone. Isn't five the usual maximum?

I will give you one code but I think this might be a job for a pro.

Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Code error", don't try again!!
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!
Click Here If Code Gives No Response/No Message
Click on banner for 24/7 unlocking

Tried the code you gave me, this time the phone responded to it, but it said "Cannot undo restriction", so it seems that the phone has reached it's limit with tries.
