Can someone tell me exactly how to record and to play videos from online? I would like to download episodes of Vanished from off of myspace. The show got cancelled and they are only showing the last four online. So I would like to download them. I would appreciate if someone would be able to help me. Thank you all.

I would assume that they are flv files? If you use Firefox there are various plugins to grab video from sites like myspace. Otherwise there is a live http header plugin which will work for any site (check headers for URL of video).
