Hi,
I've spent a while looking thru the topics and help sections in this forum on how to do this but I am still really confused. Sorry if this question has been asked a million times but I honestly couldn't figure it out from reading the threads that already exist. I am not incredibly computer-smart so a detailed step-by-step explination of how to do this would be incredibly helpful.

I have the data for a PS2 game in the format of an ISO file and a bunch of other files that showed up when i unrared the file.

I am hoping to be able to burn this game onto a DVD disc and play it on my PS2 console (not on my computer).

here is all the data that I imagine might be useful to know:

Computer: MacBook Pro, intel core duo
Burning program: Toast Titanium 7
What the data files look like:

So far I've tried putting all of the files into the copy section on toast with "image file" slelected as the format.
for all of the non-ISO files, toast says: toast could not detect the format of (file name). Click continue if you are certain this is a valid disc image.

after clicking continue it asks me for the pregap, postgap, sector size, and whether i want it scrambled. This is where I get very confused..

what is the pregap and progap thing about? do I need to format the non-ISO files into another format before dragging them into toast? do I need these files or should i just burn the ISO file?

----

everything i've read so far as been about backing up the game onto the hard drive to play thru stuff called swap or sumthin (emoulators im guessing?) But I can't find an understandable (to me) walkthrough of how to burn these files onto a DVD that I can play on my actual PS2 console.

if anyone could be kind enough to direct me to, or write a walthrough on how to do this on a Mac OS X using Toast (and I can download any other mac programs if needed) I would greatly appreciate it. I've never done this before so when people skip steps in their walkthroughs or refer to common terms, I get really confused.

Finally another Mac user!! Anyways, if you have Toast you are basically done. unRar those numbered files with unRar Mac OS X. You should now have a iso of the game. Open Toast and select the "Copy" tab. On the left hand side choose the "Image File" radio button. Drag your iso into the main window and click burn! That's it! Now that you've done this I'm assuming you have a modded PS2 right?

P.S. I also have a MBP and I love the hell out of it, how 'bout you?
