Hi, I am new so I do apologise if this has been covered before :-)
I am using DVD Decrypter, ripit4me and DVD Shrink. All goes well and the DVD appears to burn OK, but when played it breaks up and jumps towards the end of the movie (always at the end!). This happens with all dvd's I try and copy! very frustrating, any ideas on what the problem might be?
Cheers

Under edit/preferences in shrink, change your target size to custom and type in 4360. This will keep you from burning all the way to the edge of the disk. Also what brand of disks are you using? Verbatim are excellent for store bought disks, also anything made in Japan. Verbatim are made in Taiwan but are very good. The best in my opinion are Taiyo Yuden, made in Japan, and gotten online. I just bought 100 dvd-r's 8x for 36 bucks which is with the shipping from rima.com. Locate the Taiwan/Japan info at the barcode.

Hmmmm tried that and still the film is breaking up at the end, also get a message right at the front of the film re copyright and trying to remove protection etc :-(
I decrypt the film using dvd decrypt, then use shrink dvd to shrink and burn the dvd (using burn with dvdv decrypt option).
This is driving me nuts and also using up a lot of dvd's :-((((

not sure if this will help or not but I use DvdFab set it to main movie then after it's through (the size of most movies comes in at about 4.1gig) i then use ImgBurn to burn the movie to a disc and i make sure that the verify option is on just for good measure. So far everything runs smoothly.

- i had 50 of those given me as a gift. All burnt successfully at the time, however subsequent playback/attempts at recopying from these caused me no end of grief so i would never use them again personally.
