Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.

have you tried a different sim to check it's still locked ??

Remove sim first, press #

Do you think there could be something wrong with the phone itself seeing as all it comes up with is 'Insert Sim Card'? Even if I put a sim in from a locked network it still says 'Insert Sim Card', is that normal? I'm starting to wonder if the phone's broken perhaps, any ideas?
