I NEED TO SEND SOME DVD'S TO THE PHILLIPINES,AND I NEED TO KNOW WHAT REGION THEY ARE IN.DO THEIR DVD PLAYERS PLAY PAL OR NTSC,ANY INFO ON THIS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.THANKS.

R1XX567-I 'm pretty sure that they operate NTSC ! I corresponded with a filipino lady & would send her USA releases of movies So I suppose it would work same same with dvd too !
