GSPOT says my FPS is 14.98, what do i do?

gspot tells me that my .avi has a 14.98 fps

is that possible? has this happened?

It doesnt seem right, but if it is, the sound will be so badly off. Run it through Virtual Dub

What should i do in Virtual Dub?
Also, I have listened to it in windows media player, and the sound was fine. Virtual dub, says: Couldnt locate decompressor for format 'MP43' (microsoft high-speed mpeg-4 v3)
