Browser hijack problem

My home page, and other popular pages I use in IE (google, bbc website, etc), are being hijacked by what I suspect is a browser hijack problem.

Spybot S&D comes back clean, as does adaware. Adaware Away says there's 5 problems, but I can't fix them as my free reg has run out. Macafee (my virus scan) comes back clean also.

Have taken a HijackThis log, copied below - would be grateful for any advice on actions I should take.

As an aside to my message above, I've just tried my other laptop - which hasn't been used for about a month - and it appears to be having exactly the same problem - which confuses me.

Hello Kirkie01 and welcome!

You've got an infection known as Wareout.

Download FixWareout from here.

Note: Print or copy these instructions to Notepad and save them. You will have to restart during the fix.

Open Fixwareout.exe.
Click Next then Install.
Make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin, follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer, please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load, this is normal.
HijackThis will launch automatically. Click Scan, check and fix the following entries(if there):

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{053606B8-A6AA-4266-AD53-C04B2C41C63B}: NameServer = 85.255.114.30,85.255.112.61
