Hi.
My wifes been and got herself another new phone & I wish to get it unlocked.
Its a Nokia 6111
The imei is 359774009333573
The network its locked to is Tesco.

Hi.
I got a "Code error"
What do I do now? Does it mean that its locked to this network permanently?
The phone booted up with a question about "Start up phone without SIM card?" I accepted this and went through to the screen with the background image.

Before I enter this code, Im a bit worried about locking the phone up.
If this is the third code which is wrong will the phone be locked forever or will it just mean I need a hardware unlock?
The other odd thing, if I start the phone with no sim as instructed the phone all works okay except I cant make calls. but... If I start the phone with a different sim in it then it says "Phone Restricted" which seems straightforward and if I press the undo button it asks me to enter a restriction code.
Do I need to enter the unlock code in here with a diffrent sim inserted? This doesnt seem right.

Insert a NON accepted sim card.When it says phone restricted, press "undo."
It will ask for a restriction code,and enter the code in to the box on screen,and then input the code I gave you.
the phone being hardlocked, yes it can be unlocked using hardware

Its unlocked and open for use now,

I think you need to adjust the wording of your little instruction below your generated code.
I took some pics in case anyone else is interested in the process.
The phone without a sim shows this...
Once running it shows this....
With an alien sim in it and restarted it shows this...
Once the code is ready to be typed in it will show this...
Once the code is typed in the phone restarts itself a couple of times and then its free of its former shackles!
