I am thinking about purchasing the Any DVD program---If I purchase a new computer 3 months down the road is this program transferable to my new computer without re-purchasing the program ? Any guidance would be appreciated .

Yes. But only if you don't use it on both computers. You are not supposed to use it on more than one computer. If you want to use it on more than one computer you have to purchase a second license but I think it's on the honor system.
