Hi, go to the bouqet manager and hide channels and put a password.

i have sportster image on my dbox i cant seem the hide the channels and put a password it does not work for me. i can see see the channels as well as watch them with out a password.

is any one else experiencing this problem or have a solution?

i have tried every method but has no luck of blocking un wanted channels i e-mailed in germany where i bought the box they tell me same method as described
could someone please help

the only other way is to delete the channels you do not want.

can someone help i still can not lock or delate unwanted channels on dbox

I had the same problem locking Adult channels but now they are locked. You have to repeat the following procedure a couple of times (don't know why but it works).

1. Go to Bouquets and add the channels you want to block under the theme of the folder you want blocked e.g. Adult, you will be prompted to save settings when you exit the folder. Ensure the 'key' is not highlighted and then lock the folder (e.g key now highlighted.)

2. Go to Parental lock/Youth Protection under Settings and change prompt for PIN to on locked Bouquets. Change lock program to from 18 years up. Change the PIN code to your desired code. Select back and select save settings now.

3. Try viewing a channel you have blocked, it should prompt you for your PIN

4. If you can still see the channel then you need to go back to step 1 and repeat the process

you need to create a file called myservices and put the channels in that.
