THIS IS AN ORIGINAL UPGRADE FROM THE HD ADVANCE 2.0
THE 3.0 VERSION SUPPOSEDLY SUPPORTS DVD-9 DUAL LAYERED GAMES, IT ALLOWS YOU TO RIP THEM TO YOUR PS2 HARDDRIVE, ALSO IT SUPPORTS COMPATIABLE HARDDRIVES OF +200 GB

IS THIS HERESAY OR IS THERE ANYONE THAT HAS USED THIS CD ?
ANY RECOMENDATIONS?
DOES ANYONE HERE KNOW FOR A FACT IF THIS PROGRAM ACTUALLY WORKS FOR THESE NEW FEATURES AND DOES IT COME WITH BACKWARD COMPATIABLE FEATURES?

HDAdvance 3.0 is basically HDLoader .7c...put onto a DVD and sold to you for $30, meaning that you don't need a modchip to work it this time around. And yes it works, you just need a slide tool or an IDE connection to your PC to transfer an image (WinHIIp or HDL Dumb won't discriminate on the image, just as long as it's a good image)

i though u just needed the boot up disk no need for anything else that the hd advance program just burns the games straight 2 ur ps2 harddrive

Yes it works but only for non-import/backup/dvd9 games. you need to use your computer for that.
