Memory Card Reader with TV OUT?

is this possible to find a memory card reader with a tv out. so i could watch AVI, wmv, DivX or mpeg (not all just some, even just AVI would do) encoded videos through my tv without having to a. convert to wmv and put on 360 or b. put them on a dvd or VCD.

i know their are hard drive things that can do this but i cant find a cheap one. and i dont want to splash out on a media center as i want one thats portable.

what are my options
