how to install IDE HDD without network adopter?

Hello all,

I'm comfortable with soldering and I'm confident that I could attach an IDE HDD to PS2 v8,v9 without network adopter. The problem i'm facing is that I don't have installation diagrams for doing so. I've searched a lot but didn't find any installation diagram. There are some other installation diagrams which are not helpful for me as shown on the following link:

Just look at the above link so that I can refer to my focus point.
Look at the third picture of PS2 board on which a yellow square is printed within a F in it. Right below this square, there is a rectangular area in which a number of dots are displayed. This is soldered area related to the network adopter and hard drive. I'm sure i can attach an IDE HDD to this point if have installation diagram.
