How do I turn the call waiting and voice mail on and off on this phone? The service is thru Suncom and I don't know the model # of the phone but I can look it up if it is necessary.

I didn't know there was a Nokia forum. Oh well, I still need to know if the voice mail can be turned off manually without calling up the company to have them turn it off and on.
