i am trying to post this into a forum that uses flash and bb code but how?

Svar.. I have just been testing that every way I can think of too. It doesn't work. I think the only way you will get that to run (seeing as the site you link to blocks direct hotlinking) is to either host it yourself somewhere and then [img][/img] it or look at html tagging instead. Most forums don't allow flash due to security and bandwidth issues..

As I can work it out this is the bit you want (random choice of page)

i am trying to compress a 954 kb mp3 file into a 128 kb or less mp3 so how can i do it?

are you sure it is an mp3 file? because 320 kbps is the highest compression rate that mp3 can be encoded at.

I highly recommend using dBPowerAMP. It is an excellent free audio converter utility. You can find the link to its website in my sig below...be sure to install the LAME mp3 codec (and other codec if it is a different format) from the website's codec-central page.
