NME-360 - Does it really work that well?

I was thinking of taking the plunge and getting an NME-360 for my Samsung drive instead of flashing the drive. I don't plan on playing on Live so that's not an issue.

But first, I wanted to get some feedback from you guys that already have it installed.

Does it work well?

I cant tell you about that chip but I have the globe 360 and it works perfectly on all backups
