I recently bought a Nokia 6102i and wanted to try an hook it up to the laptop. Bought the cord, downloaded Nokia's software..yada yada.. Fist off I can't even get the software to load up for the USB cable...AND...when I hook the cable to my phone it starts out "Data Enhancement Connected" then immediately says "Data Enhancement Not Supported"

Is this caused by having the phone locked or possibly a defective phone. I haven't been back to the Cingular store yet to find out if they have any info for me, though I doubt they will. Does anyone have any ideas on this??
