NTSC to PAL converter?

Is there any NTSC to PAL converter for Xbox 360? I am increasingly finding it difficult to find NTSC/J compatiable games on the net and mostly and if not all of them are PAL versions. So it would be great if there was a converter. I hope there is one.

There is none because simply put, you don't change it from NTSC to PAL like the other consoles. 720p and 1080i/p are universal. Only when playing on SDTV would it really matter. What you want is a region converter and sadly I don't think this will ever exist. The consoles themselves are region locked. Has nothing to do with PAL/NTSC. Unfortunatly, if you have a NTSC/J 360 then you can only play NTSC/J or region-free games that support NTSC/J.
When the 360 gets completely hacked like the xbox1 then you probably will have more options.
