how can i do that i have a samsung ms 25 drive flashed with xtreme 42a firmware

you have to get your drive into 0800 mode, then run the mtkflash(at the prompt type mtkflash w orig.bin). then your all done. make sure you have all files on floppy or whatever you use to boot the utility.

i burned the 0800 to a cd and i put it in my xbox 360 but how do i know if its in 0800 mode

you need to burn the enable 0800 iso to dl dvd first then from the readme:

Plug SATA cable from DVD drive to PC. Power cable drive still connected to Xbox 360
Power on PC
Boot with standard dos boot disk with included mtkflash utility to dos
Power on Xbox 360
Insert Enable0800 disc into drive and wait 10 seconds then eject disc
type your flash command after that. (mtkflash w /m file.name)
