Here are your unlock codes. Use the first code first. If it does not work, then use the second. (I do it without a SIM card in, PS - you only get 5 chances to unlock via code. Then cables are the remaining solution. Good luck!)

Another question, although it showed "restriction off", the screen still show the carrier's name while switch off, is it normal? Does it means I can use with other carrier or purchase a sim to use in oversea? Thanks!

That's just the branding of the software, mainly graphical representations of who's your service subscriber. It doesn't affect you phone anyway anymore. You're free to use any other SIM card around the world.

Remove sim first, power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
If you see "Code error", don't try again!!!
If you see "Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!!
ONLY TRY THE CODES ONCE!
