There is no upgrade from SE-b to SE-C, you must do a clean install. SO the link in Sudds's sig is fro a 1.5-->2.71 SE-C upgrade.

Place the reflash folder in the root of your memory stick, go into RECOVERY , ADVANCED CONFIGURATION and FLASH systemctrl.prx(2.71) NOT 1.50!

Yep instead of editing a txt file you just go into Recovery Mode and then you can change the configuration.

i have to do this inorder to get this to work sudds? so all i do is press square and it will automaticly connect via USB and hten i go into game and my isos will be there?

Hold Square down Touran, but make sure NO UMD is disabled, and all options in advanced configuration are enabled.
If your ISO doesnt show scroll to SAVE DATA UTILITY select it, back out again and down to GAME where your ISO should now appear.

You can. I just meant that its not exactly an upgrade because the installer formats flash0 and then copies all the files for 2.71 SE-C into there.(so it doesn't matter what was on there previously)
