how do I get a flag for my gamercard, I saw someone with a flag and I am wondering if I can download it or not.

What do you mean by 'flag'? Do you mean like a St Georges cross flag? If yes, then you have to download that, just go to your gamerpictures and choose download gamer pictures and see what they have there.

If thats not what you mean then more info is needed
