I just bought a new v360 on ebay. I put the sim card in thinking thats all i needed to do. the only thing i get is a black screen that reads the following:

Boot Loader
08.A0.
SW Version:
R4513_G_08.B7.
AER


OK to Program
USB
Transfer Mode

what do i do????

ok i have messed with the phone until the battery went dead.
now it wont charge. i plugged it in over night. nothing.

plz help
