Hi I would like to find out how can i ensure that my mod chip has been disable?

I would like to have my PS2 goes online, after disable the modchip do I need original disc to play online?

Well if its not disable you cant play online with a orginal. But with a copied you will need a modchip and not disable it and also patch it with DNA$ before burning. You dont get banned like you can in XBOX Live so theres no worry. disable functions for Ripper III Press START and then RESET or legacy mode 3x reset
