Hi i need help unlocking my nokia 6010. A freind gave it to me cuase he upgraded.

its locked into cingular

This phone is locked by Cingular USA, am I correct? If so, then here are your unlock codes:

#pw+119974144771576+7#
#pw+416047444402644+1#
#pw+402117337003416+5#

Remove sim first, power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)

The codes didnt work. The phone says it was made in mexico. Does that change things?

I tried entering the codes with the sims card and with out
