no, on the psp menu go to GAME>memory stick, how youd normally see the homebrew, your iso's should be there along with the hb

Yeah in 2.71 SE-C your ISO files will show up in the GAME-->Memory Stick menu. However you still place your ISOs/CSOs in X:\ISO\ (where X is the drive letter of your PSP).

But if you want to run new ISOs (that require 2.81 or above) then follow my guide:

ok, i put the cso in the ISO folder, (i put the iso folder in the main one, where it has the PSP folder..) this is the only way that it will run. i proceed to load it, (im running burnout legends) at the beggining part where it loads, it loads extremely slow, and the loading bar just stops 3/4 of the way,.. from then on i can only just exit the game....

do i have to emulate it to 3.01 or something?

Do you have a UMD inserted? Also make sure that NoUMD is set to off in the recovery menu as Burnout legends doesn't work with that on.

Yeah you might have to emulate 3.02, just follow my guide.

Yeah it can run 1.5 homebrew without anything extra. Also yeah you do need DevHook for the new games which require 2.81 or higher.

What do you mean?

This mod allows you to run a game with DevHook through USB.

No, this mod only lets you run ISOs that work while emulating 2.71 (or the 2.71/2.81 hybrid firmware).
