HDMI audio video splitter anyone??

Ok, i need some help with splitting an HDMI signal to two sources. The problem is that my LCD has one HDMI connection and i have a PS3 and HD DVD player that i need to hook up. It would be helpful if there was a solution to my problem so i won't constantly have to switch cables between the game console and HD DVD player, thanks for helping...Also, would signal degradation be a concern when splitting an HDMI signal??
