I have the same card, should I worry about data corruption? Is it a result of cheap third-party build quality or because of messing around with MC files for things like exploits?

just use "MC-KILLER"

i had same problem memory card wouldnt hold more than 2 saves.

used the formattr from SKSAPPS.com and works fine now and back to 64mb

have noticed that the memory card is a pile of wank as it fuks up my saves.
but spose for £30 cant complain.

Suppose I should backup my MC then. The card looks cheap, but I got it for even less than the 30 quid you quoted and I've been satisfied so far.
